Reopening and life after lock down!
Subject to government approval we are hoping to reopen on Monday 6th July.
We have invested a lot of time and effort into making sure your visit will be as safe as possible.
We ask all patients that if you do not feel well, please let us know. We will not be able to treat you if you have a high temperature, cough or flu like symptoms. If you are at all unwell then please let us know as soon as possible. We will be able reschedule your appointment for when you are feeling better.
When arriving for a treatment, for the time being, please do not arrive to early. Our waiting room is not big enough to maintain the current 2 metre social distancing rule. We kindly ask that upon arrival you knock on the front door and wait till somebody lets you in. Once in we will ask you to wear a face mask (either the one provided or you may bring your own). We will also take your temperature, as well as our own, then record that on your notes. There are hand washing facilities and hand sanitiser in each treatment room
When leaving we will escort you out, so you do not need to touch anything. By the door there will be a bin for your face mask and hand sanitiser.
We are now allowing 15 minutes between every patient. This allows us time to clean every surface, change couch covers and put new PPE on.
Due to the costs of extra PPE, cleaning of equipment and laundry. There will be a £2 price increase per treatment. New charges will be £42 an hour, or £27 for half an hour.
Thank you for being understanding. We hope that we can return to 'normal' as soon as possible. Looking forward to seeing you soon!
