Jacob specialises in Clinical Sports Massage and fascial release to refine and tune the body so that each muscle can function to its optimum level. This improves performance, relieves conditions such as tendonitis, scarring, ITB problems, adhesions and many other injuries as well as improving strength, flexibility, range of movement and injury prevention. (Please note, all initial appointments are 1 hour)
